East Horsley is a charming village, ideally situated as a gateway to the Surrey Hills. Surrounded by beautiful countryside yet within easy reach of London and Guildford, the village combines rural character with excellent connectivity.

We are proud of our strong sense of community and the wide range of local services and amenities available to residents. From independent shops and cafés to schools, clubs and community groups, East Horsley offers something for all ages. The village benefits from very good transport links, including two mainline railway stations and convenient road access to nearby towns and major routes.
